Major problems presently facing TBIA

·        Overcrowding

·        Deficit in staff salaries and running costs (total amount collected from school fees do not cover staff salaries and school running costs)

·        Transportation (School buses need replacing)

·        Lack of school computers, science laboratory equipments and other school materials

Assistance required for the beginning and completion of phase 2

The school is in a desperate need of assistance in the following areas:

• Provision of school computers, appropriate school materials for the advancement and smooth running of the school
• Staff salaries
• The construction of a perimeter fence around the school compound for the safety of the children
• The construction and equipping of a two level building which will provide 6 additional classrooms, chemistry, physics and biology labs, computer lab, a library, staff room, principal and administrative offices and toilets.
• The construction a vocational centre to provide learning for young people in non-academic areas such as carpentry, welding, building and construction, auto-mechanic, etc.
