Phase 1:

· To acquire land, produce architectural plans and site survey

· To construction 11 classroom blocks, (10 toilets/sinks), admin block (head/deputy/secretary offices, staffroom and toilets) and school hall
Phase 2:

To provide appropriate school materials for the advancement and smooth running of the school

To construct a perimeter fence around the school compound

To construct additional classrooms to ease overcrowding

To construct a vocational centre to provide learning for young people in non-academic areas such as carpentry, welding, building and construction, auto-mechanic, etc.

To link the Tony Blair International Academy to other schools in the UK to facilitate cross-cultural understanding, exchange student and teachers opportunities.
Phase 3:
- Open the school up to the community for Adult Learning in areas such as, Reading and writing, Every day maths, Photography, Art, Crafts & Textiles, Health, Computers and Technology, Food, Cake Decorating & Cookery,
Phase 4:

To construct Boarding facilities for boys and girls and teacher housing

To monitor, supervise and report on the project activities to donors
